Booking and Confirmation:

• All private dining bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. To secure your booking, a deposit of $300 per booking is required and is credited to your final bill. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

 

Minimum Spend:

• Your minimum spend is the fixed room minimum for your room, session and day, whatever the number of guests.

• Room minimums (Osaka Room, Tokyo Room, Kyoto Room, whole venue): Wednesday and Thursday, lunch or dinner $1,500, $3,000, $6,000, $9,000; Friday and Sunday, lunch or dinner $1,750, $3,500, $7,000, $10,500; Saturday, lunch or dinner $2,000, $4,000, $8,000, $12,000.

• Everything ordered by the table counts towards the minimum spend, including kids menus, vegetarian menus and drinks. Surcharges do not count. Any shortfall is added to the bill.

• Weekday private lunch (Wednesday to Friday) must be booked at least 7 days ahead.

 

Deposit:

• Deposits are forfeited for no-shows or cancellations within 72 hours of the booking.

 

Cancellation Policy:

• Please inform us at least 72 hours in advance if you need to cancel your booking. Cancellations more than 72 hours before the booking can be refunded or moved to a new date. Cancellations within 72 hours of the booking will result in the loss of your deposit.

 

Guest Count:

• The final guest count must be provided at least 48 hours before the event. Charges will be based on the greater of the final guest count or actual attendance.

 

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions:

• Please communicate any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We make every effort to accommodate dietary needs but cannot guarantee that all requests can be met.

 

Room Decor:

• Standard room decor is provided. Custom decor requests may incur additional charges and should be discussed at the time of booking.

 

Celebration Cakes:

• You are welcome to bring your own celebration cake, which our staff will be pleased to serve.

 

Alcohol:

• BYO wine is welcome: $50 corkage per 750 ml bottle, maximum one bottle per guest, and the wine must not be on our wine list. Private dining follows our normal opening hours.

 

Damages:

• The booker will be responsible for any damages to the property during the event.

 

Payment:

• Full payment is required at the event's conclusion unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept most major credit cards and cash.

 

Payment and Additional Charges:

• Saturday Surcharge: 5% on total bill.

• Sunday Surcharge: 10% on total bill.

• Public Holiday Surcharge: 15% on total bill.
