Terms & Conditions: 

1. Guests will receive 1 Samurai Coin for every $300 spent in a single visit. The $300 refers to the actual total spending on the day, excluding any surcharges such as weekend or public holiday surcharges. Transactions that have used any promotional offers, discount coupons, or vouchers — including Shogun Coupons, Black Friday deals, or any other promotional discounts — are not eligible to earn Samurai Coins. Coins are issued only for dine-in experiences at Samurai Teppanyaki House, Hyde Park.

2. Samurai Coins can be redeemed for rewards according to the Reward Ladder displayed on this page. Redemption must be made in person and verified by staff. All redemptions require guests to return the physical Samurai Coins at the time of redemption. Coins must be verified and collected by staff; photocopies, images, or reproductions are not accepted.

3. Samurai Coins are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. Coins cannot be resold, traded, or exchanged for cash, vouchers, or any other value. Samurai Teppanyaki House reserves the right to verify each Coin’s authenticity. Lost, stolen, or unregistered coins will not be replaced, and damaged coins that cannot be verified may be considered void at the discretion of management. 

4. Samurai Teppanyaki House reserves the right to verify proof of purchase, issue date, and customer identity when redeeming any reward. Only coins issued and recorded directly by Samurai Teppanyaki House are considered valid.

5. Samurai Teppanyaki House reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Samurai Coin program at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the restaurant’s management retains the final right of interpretation.
